Just like a California sunset, this coffee is inspirational, glowing, and exceptional. It is the result of Cardona’s curiosity and drive to simply produce the best coffee possible. Andres used an extended fermentation process in which the coffee cherry is left inside sealed tanks with cherry juice from previous batches. The result is a sweet, juicy, and balanced cup.
This is our second coffee from our close friend and partner-Andres Cardona. Even though he is only in his 20’s, he is making a big splash in the specialty coffee world. We are heading down to Colombia in March to visit him and his mentor and our friend, Felipe Trujillo. We can’t wait to sit down for dinner with them and talk about the upcoming harvest, continued innovation, and most importantly, just hangout and have fun!
Both Felipe and Andres have been chosen as our producers for 2022 for our Give a 5 to the Farmers Program in which we give 5% of our total revenue directly back to them. This helps with upgrades to their facilities, updating their infrastructure and paying higher wages.

I'm not a hard-core coffee-drinker, but this coffee is SO different from a regular cup, I can't seem to put it down. I'm loving the design of the label. This tastes like straight cherry juice!
