Hey! Thanks for ordering! We will send you an email as soon as your coffee is roasted and ready to collect (typically within the week). You can pick up your order at our HQ Roastery located at 8680 Miralani Dr. When you arrive, ask us to show you around! We love giving quick tours and showing off where the magic is made when we have time :)
Feel free to also stop by our cafe at 10945 Vista Sorrento Pkwy as we always have retail bags for sale (and you will get a discount on a delicious drink made by our awesome baristas!). We do sell out from time to time, so if you have a large order or a specific coffee that you are looking for, then ordering online is your best guarantee.
On the bottom of all of our bags we have the Best By date printed. This is four months after the roast date (example: a best buy date of 12/12 will have been roasted on 8/12).
We are using this method to be in accordance with industry best practices for packaging.
